We have 2 rooms for rent in a beautiful house in Thao Dien, district 2, a quiet area. 
We are 5 French roomates (3 men + 2 girls). All nationalities are welcomed.
The house is fully furnished, 3 floors, 5 rooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a big living room, garage, rooftop, washing machine, iron, ...

We have one room at the top floor with TV (cable), AC, double bed, just near the rooftop. The price is $260/ month + approximately $30 for the fees (internet, electricity, water, maid). 2 months deposit required. Room available early July.

We have 1 other room at the 1st floor; same same with TV, AC, double bed. 1 with private bathroom. The room is $300/month.
+ $30 for the fees. 2 months deposit required. Room available early July.
