$700/month to share the 3br apartment, all bills included (maid, water, fast internet and electricity)

I'm looking for someone who is outgoing and open, and enjoys a good laugh, to share my new apartment. This place is perfect for another expat professional, who wants to come home to genuinely relaxing surroundings (a nice pool, beautiful views, good quality living space)!

The room: I have 1 room available in the 3 bedroom apartment (2 rooms to be occupied, and 1 shared spare room/study). The bedroom itself is furnished with a bed and a brand new mattress (still in plastic). There is a double wardrobe in the room, so plenty of space for your clothes. You also have an uninterrupted view of the sunset from the bedroom...

The apartment: 22nd floor, City Garden apartments, Binh Thanh. 140sq meters in size. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area with couches, bean bags and plants, a fully equipped kitchen (even with coffee machine and oven!), additional common storage cupboards, and an outside laundry area. I'd like that the 3rd bedroom is shared; we can both use it as guest room/study and for extra storage as needed.
There is lots of natural light, a fulll-length balcony around the living room, and great views of city lights of District 1 and the sunsets over Binh Thanh and D2 (depending on which balcony you look from).

The complex: City Garden is a lovely apartment complex with a fantastic location, only minutes from the city (less than 3km to Ben Thanh market, and only 1.5km from the Saigon Zoo). It's not cheap, but the quality of the whole complex, and the amenities are worth it!

-Restaurant (right next to the pool/gardens)
-Lush green gardens
-Convenience store/dry cleaning
-Secure basement parking
-Very good (and friendly) security and staff

The best thing is, the moment you step out of the apartment complex, your back in a proper Vietnamese street with a great selection of street food vendors and a vibrant atmosphere.

The housemate: I'm Australian, and have been living here 2+ years. I do science research, and I love to travel. Any other questions, feel free to ask!

Other info: The maid is very trustworthy and kind (I've worked with her for almost 2 years). She can come two or three times per week, depending on how often we need it.
