The apartment block includes a mini mart, bar and secure parking. The area is laid back and most importantly safe.

Rent is $270pcm (plus bills + $620 deposit) plus you must want to stay in Saigon for at least 3 months. The room comes with air-conditioning and sole use of a bathroom with a shower. Foreigners have lived in this apartment for about 1.5 years in the apartment, so everything is good working order and we have full cable and fast WIFI connection.

The current inhabitant is an English guy who is social, relaxed and easy-going and this apartment has always had a very relaxed atmosphere, which is important for us to hold on to.
