Time to rent out my apartment in HAGL 3 - D7!

I have lived here for 7 months and I have 5 months left on my contract, the landlord have been very easy to deal with and very nice, she is Vietnamese but live/have lived in Canada so her english is perfect.

About the apartment, it's around 125 kvm with three bedrooms, one livingroom, kitchen, balcony and three restroom where one of them is a private restroom.

The apartment is on the 21st floor and it includes all the furnitures, it includes: Beds, tv, washing machine etc..

The apartment complex have a swimming pool and gym theres also a big citimart and a few other things.

The apartment is 3-5 minutes away from vivo mall and crescent mall, and just a couple minutes away from many western and vietnamese restaurants. The time to go to D1 takes around 10-15 minutes.

The rent is 600 dollars per month and deposite is two months rent. Maintenance and parking is around 30 dollars per month.

Moving in date is first of july but we can be flexible if you want to move in before that.

We will move away before our contract is finished so we can sadly not negotiate about the depsosite fee since it's in the contract.
