15 mins on bike, 10 mins on car to D1. Convenient stores, Big C, Metro, Parkson Cantavil, Thao Dien mall, and good eateries close by.

Suitable for sharing between friends or for a family. Very quiet on the weekends, good for recharging from the hustle of the city after a week of working.
