Large room for rent in a beautiful house in Binh Thanh district near Dien Bien Phu and Xo Viet Nghe Tinh streets (it's about a 10 minute drive to D1 and 5 minutes to D2). I've lived here for the last year and a half and I've really enjoyed it. The owners are really helpful and their daughter speaks perfect English and responds quickly to anything we need.

The room is the biggest in the house with a private bathroom, small balcony, ceiling fan, air con, king sized bed, desk and large built-in wardrobe.

The house is 3 stories with a huge kitchen, nice living room with flat screen TV, motorbike parking and a large balcony on the third floor. The house has 3 bedrooms total and is currently shared with 2 other people, both women. There's also fiber wifi in the house and as long as the sharks are behaving it works really well. Anyone is welcome to check it out - women, men or couples.

It's available immediately and rents for $300 per month. Utilities are split evenly and generally run about $30 per person. Just PM me for details or to arrange a viewing.
