Location is very convenient, located near three major malls including the new Vivo City (IMAX location). It's also 15mins from Bui Vien by motorbike. Xe om's to bui vien cost roughly 40k-50k. There is a coffee bar right outside the apartment and many food locations.
Apartment includes: Hot and Cold water, washing machine, balcony, Wifi, A/Cs in every room.
Rent is: 4,000,000VND or $183 USD a month (not including utilities). 1 month deposit required and rent is due on the 1st of every month. Contract goes for 3 months, July-August-September and is available for renewal. Utilities on average have cost around 950,000 a month.

Apartment has two rooms, and comes with 1 roommate! He is filthy rich and never has any problems paying the bill. He is from the Netherlands and can count to 4 in Vietnamese! grin emoticon He is very relaxed and is often at work, but when you do see him he often buys smoothies for the both of you like emoticon He likes Game of Thrones and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. He is a big fan of football and used to be a goalie. Hands down the best roommate I've had here in Nam.
Your room: Comes with bed (all furnishings), built in closet with plenty of space, and two end tables. A/C in room of course. The bathroom is unfortunately not connected to the bedroom but is immediately outside the room and IS NOT shared.
