We are looking for a flatmate (female preferred) to move into our 180sqm apartment on 24th floor in HAGL2 (Thao Dien) which is about 10-15min to drive to downtown District 1. 
The apartment is located in the very popular expats district where you can find everything you need (cool street foods or affordable western foods).
The residence has modern facilities and high standards: 24/7 security and CCTV, big swimming pool, convenience stores, tennis court, kindergarten, kid's playground, cafes and restaurants.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, big wardrobe, air conditioner, and big window with view to the Saigon river. Bathroom shared with another girl.
You will be living with 3 vietnamese ladies in their mid twenties and thirties . We are all easygoing, open-minded, speak English and french.
The rent is $200, all bills excluded and shared with all other flatmates (around $40 per month). The price is always cheaper than comparable rooms in the same building!
