Ample parking available, indoor and outdoor.
Please note, this studio apartment is in a privately owned home, the home has been converted into separate self contained studio apartments. All tenants keep to themselves and can come and go as they please 24/7 without having to deal with other tenants (unlike a shared house). Although there is no real common area, you are welcome to entertain guests / have meetings in the downstairs living room, if you require more space.

I offer free usage of a motorbike, to use as your own, either Attila or novo, to those who sign a year contract.
