Hello! I am moving in another place (to live with some friends) so my flat is available in Le Van Sy in District 3.
 
The well secured building his located on a very peaceful and pretty alley close to the canal and at 3 minutes walk from Coop Market. It has parking space. The flat is located on the 6th floor of the building with an amazing view on Saigon (please look at the pictures).
 
It’s brand new (the pictures of the room I posted are from a very similar room), has its own kitchen (rice cooker, fridge, cooking stove, etc.) and bathroom with hot shower. The room has a comfortable bed (mattress and sheets included), a desk, big closet, a table to have lunch, a ceiling fan, aircon and a decent wifi connexion.
 
The area is one of my favorite in Saigon. Very “local: with small streets, kids, grandmas and welcoming people (please have a look to some pictures I took nearby the flat) There are amazing, delicious street food hiding round every corner and walking distance from the local market, nice cafes,… Plus super close to the amenities of D1 and convenience of the airport.
 
Price is $275 (6m dong), (electricity not included, around 10$ -20$ per month if you are reasonable with aircon!). The deposit is two months rent. The housekeeping persons are lovely people who can provide you cheap services (room cleaning, clothes washing and ironing). The landlord are trustworthy and reliable to obtain the paper you need for Visa or any additional service.
 
The room is available from 1st June. Couples welcome.
