One room available in lovely house located in a pleasant vietnamese area. 
The house is fully equipped with washing machine (dryer) and internet. The room comes with a bed, bookshelf, wardrobe and a desk.
There is a maid coming 3 time per week

About us: We are 4 housemates (2 french boys, 1 german girl and me)
You can do barbecue on the terrasse.

Location: phu nhuan distict
10 min to district 1 (town centre)
10 min to the airport

rent 205$ /month
Additional fees about 35$ /month (include electricity, gaz, water, internet, minéral water and the maid) 
Facilities of the room: Fan and airsea
Room available from the 10 of july
