We have a large 7 story, 4 bedroom house. I am looking to have someone take over my room because I am going back home to Canada. Move in date would be June 16th. Each bedroom has it's own level and large private modern bathroom. The house is furnished with AC, laundry and reliable wifi. 

Our home is located down a little ally with a few houses. All our neighbours extremely friendly, watching our backs and feeding us whenever we have time to sit with them. Nguyen Thi Dieu is an attractive street with trendy bars, fruit stands, and some of the best street food. Fortunately, our little ally keeps us tucked in, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

In the house will be living three young French/Canadian women. 

The house is impressive with two massive rooftops. 

The price of the room is $300(6.5 million VND), not including electricity (~150K VND/month) or wifi. 

$550 deposit.
